Welcome to the DFA Online Apostille Application & Appointment System (AAAS).

The DFA Aseana and DFA Consular Offices with authentication services accept applicants through ONLINE APPOINTMENT ONLY, which may be scheduled through this website.

Important: Certifications for documents issued by Philippine Embassies/Consulates abroad and Foreign Embassies in the Philippines are available only at the DFA Aseana.


Who May Apply?

You may book an online appointment if you are:

  1. The document owner, or
  2. An authorized representative

Requirements for Authorized Representatives

The authorized representative must bring the following:

  1. Signed authorization letter

    Note for Minor Document Owners:

    • A Special Power of Attorney is required.
    • If either parent of the minor is abroad, the Special Power of Attorney must be notarized by the Philippine Embassy or Consulate General.
    • Proof of kinship of the parent to the minor document owner must also be presented.
  2. Copy of the document owner’s valid government-issued ID (must bear the document owner's signature)
  3. Representative's valid ID (photocopy and original)
  4. Proof of Affiliation/Kinship (if applicable)
    • Company representatives: Proof of affiliation, such as SEC GIS, company ID indicating position, or similar documents.
    • Death Certificate processing: Proof of relationship from the next-of-kin.
    • Foreign nationals processing any employment-related document: Alien Employment Permit from DOLE and the Alien Certificate of Registration from the Bureau of Immigration.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Appointment Slots

Appointment slots are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

2. Accuracy of Information

Applicants are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in the online system.

Incorrect or inaccurate information may result in rejection or forfeiture of the application.

3. Additional Documents for processing

Only the documents declared during the online application will be processed. Any additional documents that are not declared during the online application will require a separate online application and appointment.

4. Non-refundable Fees

All payments made through the ePayment System and through DFA Cashier are non-refundable.

5. Forfeiture of Fees

Fees shall be forfeited in the following cases:

  • Failure to appear on the confirmed appointment date;
  • Cancellation of the appointment;
  • Rejection of the application due to incorrect or inconsistent information; and
  • Submission of discrepant and/or spurious documents.

WARNING

About the Appointment Fee:

Please exercise extreme caution when dealing with individuals offering their assistance to expedite your appointment for a fee. There are no expedited appointments. The DFA’s online appointment system charges a fee of ₱200.00, which includes the cost of one (1) document you are requesting—as long as you complete the payment and successfully book your appointment.

Where Does Your Appointment Fee Go?

To help you understand how your ₱200.00 fee is applied, please refer to the table below. The fee will be automatically accounted to the first document listed in your request, based on the order of submission. You will still need to pay for the remaining documents on the day of your appointment

You must complete the payment within 1 hour of booking your appointment. Submission of falsified documents, including the Appointment Slip, will be dealt with accordingly.

Authorized representatives are only allowed to apply for the documents of FIVE (5) DOCUMENT OWNERS per month.

Warning

The DFA strongly discourages applicants from securing online appointments through fixers and social media accounts. Please be warned that engaging such services is at your own risk and expense.
